Beef and Veal

Our cattle are raised here from a young age until they reach maturity. They are housed individually for the few few weeks of their life until they develop an immune system to fight off illnesses. This is similar to that of a baby. Between four to eight weeks old they are moved into to group housing. 
Our beef is raised on pasture after being weaned off milk. They are grass fed and we stay away from antibiotics and steroids and go as organic as possible.
